Everything worked as described. Nice screen size, good battery Life, fast OS, Easy setup, Group messaging and lots of settings to adjust to your style. Have not used the camera much except indoors but I don't expect any issues. Installed a 256 memory card easily and transferred info from my old T-Mobile(LG) phone to this Unlocked At&t Samsung A71 phone easily with the AT&T transfer app. My T-Mobile service works perfect on this Unlocked Phone.

I purchased this to replace a Galaxy S9+ that was having strange operational issues. I also recently owned a Galaxy M31. I definitely prefer this phone over either of the previously mentioned devices. While the S9+ and M31 both have more features than this phone, there is no shortage of functionality. With front fingerprint reader, wireless pay, and mobile hotspot, it's got everything I need. The A71 works flawlessly, no lag, great reception, and a vivid screen. The camera is very good, almost as good as the latest S series phone. A great buy for the money.

The product came as described. It had very minor defects to the surface. It is very bare bones, just comes in simple cardboard wrapping with a screen protector that was too small for it. It seems to have a good battery, etc. It is not a new phone, it did have small scratches, but they're the kind of thing that you only see when you catch it in bright light. I am satisfied overall and I do recommend it to people looking to save a few bucks on something that isn't quite brand new.

I can't answer most of these questions because I'm still setting it up for my dad. I haven't added it to my plan yet so I don't know how the mechanics of the phone work on the network. I mean it's a nice phone I just wish it was more wider than longer. Once I added to my plan and it's up on the network and he can use it then I'll let you know. The quality of picture is gorgeous and the features on it are unbelievable.

AT&T forced me to switch carriers after 27 years due to their changing network and cancelling my 8 month old Samsung A51 4g unlocked phone. I decided to try a A71 5g to compare to performance on T-Mobile networks. I used Samsung Smartswitch app to copy my A51 settings and APPS to the A71. On my A71, I had a Ting SIM which uses the T-Mobile networks and so I think it is a fair way to compare. I was and am happy with my A51 4g cell data response on the T-Mobile network and see no noticeable difference on the A71 on the 5g network. Both have been updated to Android 11. Both have 6GB Ram, A71 has 128GB storage vs 64GB in my A51. Main difference is that my A71 T-Mobile Unlocked US version seem to work slightly better overall the my A51 Unlocked international version. Only thing so far I have been slightly disappointed is the battery life on the A71,or at least the battery meter shows faster discharge than my A51. I plan to continue using my A51 until I have a reason to need a newer phone and will keep my A71 as a spare for now. Read full review

I wanted a reasonably priced phone that had high-end features and good build quality. I also needed something I could read easily. The A71 seemed like the best balance I could find. Love it so far. It is not small, however, especially once you put a case around it. If you don't have a problem with that, then this phone is a great value. The 5G is a nice element at this price point, and may get more impressive as the service improves, but I haven't found it to be a quantum leap in performance over 4G LTE so far. Still, I'd rather lean into the new system than away from it.

Meh, it's a Samsung. I bought it used, to replace my Motorola which has superior software. I'm gonna buy another Motorola. One exceptional feature is the camera. It's a great camera, the equal of Apple products. It's so good, I'm thinking of the new S23, but...it's still a Samsung.

First 5g phone, am impressed with the features, specs and battery life. Great phone for a budget. I'm using TMobile and love it. Great speeds here in my city, would recommend to others.

It's a good update for my daughter, she used to have a J7 Star which it was good but not good enough for her that like to take pictures any time. Camera works pretty good and has a good memory space. SHE LOVE IT.

Moved to the A71 from a Blackberry Priv, the last phone Blackberry actually made. I liked the Priv for its software (better than Samsung's) and it's hardware (better made and more thoughtful for the user, simple things like a rubberized back that makes it easier to hold and grip, can't tell you how many times I almost dropped the A71 until I got a case for it) The Blackberry software is superb in user interface, speed of use and efficiency. It's a tool not a toy. The A71 has good battery life and is a bigger phone with a good display and good camera. It's quick and has current operating system (the Priv has an old Android 5 I believe) so it will operate into the future. The Priv was resetting on its own and wouldn't do MMS images anymore. The Samsung has 5G and should last me a while. It's OK, not great. For the money it was a good deal. For those that have never used a Blackberry it would seem like a good phone.Read full review
