A cookbook of the almost lost art of making terrines, galantines and pates
In wanting to learn more of this art of cooking, I purchased this book. What a great surprise of a collection of recipes that teaches to use combinations of ingredients in a beautiful collage called terrines and gslsntines. Pate recipes are great too.
