Incredibly easy to set up. I personally use the Bluetooth capability to print directly from my phone. I've also had really good luck with the generic labels. I haven't used it to print anything but shipping labels, but I'm sure the other sizes work just as well. The labels printed are crisp and clean. It's an awesome machine, and I can't believe I used a regular printer with 8.5x5.5 printed labels for so long!

As is true with with all label printers this one was more difficult than your average printer. I was really impressed with how well it worked with ebay label printing. I don't quite have it dialed in for smooth printing from the UPS website yet.

I do everything on my iPhone and this is just what I needed. Absolutely the best investment in my business and time. Easy to use. I do purchase the non-branded refill labels due to the high cost of the branded labels. I would recommend that brother consider making the labels more affordable or the printer.
