Probably the most interesting book I've ever read. Value far beyond just finding a compatible mate. Applicable for understanding all people and helpful in defusing annoyances with people when you realize that sometimes the person who annoys you has less control over his/her behavior than you might think.

Helen Fisher is such an interesting writer and embellishes her books with wonderful stories from an anthropoligical perspective. This is so interesting, for anyone, not just singles looking for a partner. It takes the Meyers-Briggs info one step further, and clarifies issues of relationships with humor and fun. I learned more than I ever expected about myself and all my relationships!
This is the first book I read by Helen Fisher, I loved every minute of it. It was backed by evidence based research which made it far more interesting than specalitve and suggestive thoughts and ideas from previous writers in the past on this particular subject. It explained why I continue to end up with the same type friends/boyfriends time and time again. I loved it.
