Adore Kitchen Aid 9-Speed Hand Mixer
Ok - a year ago bought a huge 6 qt Dee-Luxe Kitchen Aid Artisanal Mixer - Refurbished - on eBay - good value - but only place for it was on top of Kitchen Cabinet. At 5’1”, 118 lb and age 65 - was a danger to self getting it down! Sold it and bought this 9-Speed hand mixer: HUGE IDEA! Love it!!! Weight was deterrent to use with Big Mama Mixer. With the hand mixer, I hop up on my stool, get it down and it’s EASY. I made Whipped Cream for 1 for left over pumpkin pie in 1:30 minutes!!!! WOW! Could not believe it. Will never buy Reddi-whip again! It handled yams for my whipped yam casserole for Turkey Day - smooth! Love the slow start up. Love canvas bag to store utensils. I want my 1970 Hamilton Beach hand mixer back!
This is not easy to use. You have to repeatedly press a + button to increase speed and top speed it not even close to the 12 speed Hamilton Beach mixer from 1970 era.
