Good product, even though it’s pretty expensive
Product works pretty well for animals with arthritic issues. If your dog is getting older, even 5-8 years old, it’s good to get them on this for preventative measures with ingredients helping things to keep from get worse. This product is pretty expensive, but does last a good while. Once a dog is at maintenance level, they can go to taking it every other day. I think i remember it saying they need daily doses for a month until the system gets used to it and it starts really helping the body. Then, they start a lesser maintenance dose. It does help dogs. But, for dogs with severe pain, this product probably won’t be enough. All my dogs are on Phycox. But, I have a couple older dogs who are on this and they also take a supplement called Movoflex, which works really well, in conjunction with Phycox. Phycox works well for dogs with mild to less moderate problems. It just depends on each dog’s individual needs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My 7 year old pit lab mix broke the tendon in his back leg. He had surgery to repair it and the vet recommended Phycox.
