Made of stainless steel it resists corrosion caused by dry salt. Do not use with pepper and other spices, with moist sea salt or with flower of salt. To optimize the performance of the mechanism, use salt with a diameter of 4 mm. Classic adjustment: it is done by turning the knob.  Turn clockwise for a finer grind, counterclockwise coarser.
