I opened the can and made spaghetti and it was great. Very nice texture, appearance, and flavor, and feels wholesome when you eat it. You get more in the can than you do when you buy other brands of soy burger substitutes in the freezer section. At first I thought the Loma canned stuff was expensive, but actually you get more ounces in the can than the frozen brands in the grocery store, 19 oz canned compared to 12 oz frozen packets. I'll definitely be buying more of this. It is good for power outages when you lose everything in your freezer, too. I had a lot left over after making spaghetti and froze it. That worked fine, but be sure you freeze it spread out in a thin layer in a baggie, or in several baggies in portions, so you can separate it next time you want to get some out of the baggie, it freezes pretty solid.
