I am a poor college student and yet I was able to do this cleanse on a budget. I bought a small Black and Decker centrifugal juicer (sorry Jason) for $25, the produce I was able to acquire in my area, wheat grass powder and spirulina tablets from my local health food store. While I agree the advertising in the book gets old quick, the facts in are something to live by. I am planning on writing a feedback e-mail to Mr. Vale's company. I lost 10 lbs (and have kept it off for two months). I learned that health isn't about what you DON'T put into your body, it's what you DO put in. It's also helping my husbands IBS-D even though he didn't do the full cleanse with me.
