Very convenient to store in camera case. Light weight and easy to use on camcorder. Instructions easy to follow.

Depending on your need for perfect audio, this may not be suitable for a very discerning person. First of all, I love the form factor. I like the fact that they only require one AA battery. (I use KENTI lithium rechargeables, which last a long time). I have used these a dozen times now. Sometimes the audio is very good. At other times, there is static. Sometimes the audio "clips" and I miss words. I am not sure if my cell phone or other bluetooth devices are interfering with it. It could be the way I am wearing them. If you can pick these up at a cheap price like I did, then they a worth a shot. If I had paid "new" prices for these, I would be unhappy. I think if you use fresh batteries each time, the audio will be better. As the battery wears down, audio definitely gets worse. For these reasons, I give it 3 stars.Read full review

I owned these a couple of years ago. They were fine for interviews and narrations as long as the camera and subject were in sight of each other and 50' or less distance. Outsidd of that, clipping and dropout occured. But that's expected at this price point. I sold them to a guy just starting into video editing. I replaced these with Sony Bluetooth Wireless mics which I liked better. But I think I am going g to get another set of these as backups. Redundancy is a videographers best friend. Hope that helps.

I found these to be good sounding but only when your within range. Line of sight is very important for these. I actually had people walk between them and block the signal. I recorded a 20 minute video with choppy audio. I don't trust this set at all but maybe I got a bad one.

I've used this twice so far and while it's okay, it's not great and there are other items like this that may work better, depending on your use. I didn't need this for long distances as it's used for weddings where the cam (receiver) is fairly close to the x-mitter, for extended (over 100ft) it starts to drop out when something like a body is between the rcver and xmitter, when there's no obstructions the drop-out got bad after 125ft or so. The mic is mono, not stereo but a mono (female) to stereo (male) adapter can be used for dual channel mono which is fine for most cases, this is what I use. The size/wieght of both units and cord length has not been a problem and works fine for me. IMO: it's not worth the full price asked when new so look for a discounted one if buying, keeping everything above in mind, it's not bad and I have no regrets buying it.Read full review
