The Bazooka BTA8200 car subwoofer is a self-enclosed, amplified subwoofer. The unit is cylindrical in design with the sound coming from one end of the cylinder. The housing unit for the subwoofer hides the 8-inch speaker on the inside. The Bazooka car subwoofer uses a built-in Mosfet amplifier to power the subwoofer which results in it not being reliant on an external power source to create sound. The unit is meant to be placed in a vehicle trunk or a similarly sized area, and it needs to be affixed in place to keep it from rolling. The one-way, 8-inch car subwoofer has dual-coil, 2-Ohm impedance and a sensitivity of 102 dB. The unit uses a minimum response frequency of 39 Hz and a maximum response frequency of 250 Hz. The Bazooka car subwoofer has a woofer made of paper material. The unit has a patented bass tube enclosure that provides maximum bass output from the unit. The cylinder for the Bazooka car subwoofer has only the 8-inch car subwoofer contained inside, which means the unit is designed to be used as part of a larger stereo system.
