Original Gave Up
The original key module finally gave up after 422,000 miles. Yes, that’s actual miles, all original drivetrain. Just great maintenance and the worlds best mechanic. Anyway, the key and module arrived early and is a perfect match. After cutting the key, we could not get the lockout chip to reprogram to the new one. After trying everything, we took both modules apart, physically moved the chip to the new key and my LS430 and are ready to go for 500,000 miles.
