Most albums are built around one song. This is no exception, however there are several others which make it a worthwile purchase. Not too country, not too rock n roll, just enough of each to keep it interesting. Another aspect I liked is the fact it's not overdone. Not overproduced as it were. It retains a bit of raw edginess and her voice is never too overpowering. I get the impression there were fewer than the usual amount of takes for each song. The lyrics are clear and the message is thoughtful. All in all pretty good stuff. I shared it with a friend who liked it as well.
