For larger wrists
First off, don't buy it used (mine was really used up by the time I got it and the band cracked into pieces within a few short months). Second off, if you have tiny wrists, this may not be good, as it doesn't easily adjust down in size. But if you buy a new one and you're a normal sized person, it's the best sleep tracker out there. Pretty good for activity. Wish they made it with a better clasp
I had one direct from JawBone; lost it because of the badly designed clasp; bought this one; I see they clasp is a little better ; but not much. I saw on TV that the calorie count is way off but the steps where closer than the other leading fitness trackers. Really Works!

Loved it but not good units available.
Let me start by saying I’ve been an Up user for many years. After a little over a year, my up3 up and died (wouldn’t hold charge). But after purchasing five(5) replacements from various vendors, they all arrived DOA. None of the units would charge(all were returned). I think it’s time to move on from Up. I really loved it as it was simple to use, accurate, and unobtrusive. Not pleased!
So far I haven’t been able to get it to take or show any results, it keeps giving me a message that “they are having server problems”. I will give it a try this week and if it doesn’t work, send it back. I have used jawbone ups2 before and had great results! I am hoping this problem will be resolved soon!
