Best tweeters I’ve bought
These RT6 sound really sweet. I’m powering them with a full range class D amp, (TPA3116D2) 25W RMS per channel. I can hear more details in music with these silk domes than with the gritty piezo tweeters they replaced. These tweeters sound natural and sweet, even at high volume. The magnets are substantial, so a sturdy mount is needed. I’m still reinforcing their mounting points. The kit comes with a range of hardware. The wire pigtails coming out of the tweeters were too short in my installl for surface mount, so it was necessary to solder in some wire to reach the crossovers. One of the inline spade terminals fell off, which was due to a bad crimp. I’m still happy with the results. These are the best component tweeters I’ve purchased and they are inexpensive. It’s good idea to use a dedicated amp for them that is never driven into distortion, and set the gain to match their low power handling. Distorted head unit power, and 100w amps are no go. Great investment with many mounting options and ALL the parts needed !
it takes expensive separates like focal alpine etc. if you want great sound so I tried a pair of zues separates ( the tweeters sounded bad ) , so I put the old polk coaxials in with these tweeters up high in the door , I was concerned the tweeters would be unheard NOPE these RT6 sounded great and were not overpowered by the older polks at all , over the years I found if you want better highs just add better tweeters , don't believe those lower cost dollar separates will get the highs you want .Basically cars are just cans also tweeters are very directional so getting a pivoting one like these will do it great ! Great product
I received and install these tweeters, they do look a little bit on the cheap side. However I installed them and ran them directly off the head unit with a pair of Rockville door speakers. Both of them sound amazing together I've never been more impressed for the quality of speakers for the money. Now I'm getting ready to hook them up to a amp I hope they hold up well and sound as good as they do on the head unit with more power.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best tweeter for the money
I have nothing but good things to say about these product. I have mine powered by a pioneer head unit and it's enough to sound great. They are clean and crisp but I'll be adding an small amplifier to them to really bring the to life. I use nothing but Rockville in my truck. Not 120 rms
They list as 120 rms but are not. Each tweeter is rated for 120 watt max with a 30 rms per tweet. Not enough rms for my set however gave them to my bro and they sound amazing. Good price but not loud
