For adults, this is a terrific product if you are having trouble with perspiration and odor in areas that don't "dry out" naturally, like under the breasts and between the legs. I have used this powder for years and it has not failed me. Keeps you cooler and dryer and it smells good, too. Not to be derogatory, but. the price is very high - I used to get a bigger bottle for less than $5.oo, but then there was no vitamin C in it. And, the product is not sold in the stores anymore.

Same tall size, heavier consistency -- not fine powder like the original. Nice light scent. I don't use it on the baby's [open] rash, I use a diaper rash cream for that, then I put this powder on the outer areas, where the diaper could cause chafing. This way, if the powder should reach the rash, it being medicated shouldn't hinder the healing process.

The zinc oxide is what makes this medicated. It's talc free. I use it as a deodorant since regular antiperspirants leave a sticky film on my skin that I do not like. The baby powder scent goes away after a few minutes. I hope to never be without this!
