Having a "malted milk" using Carnation's Malted Milk Powder is an incredible treat, and everyone should have a stock of this.
Absolutely the best and the only malted milk powder I like and that I'll use. It's hard to get in stores anymore, so I was thrilled to find it on EBAY. I instantly ordered 3 of the HUGE containers. For one person, I put 2 really huge scoops ice cream, 2/3 cup of 1% milk, a couple capfuls of vanilla extract and 3 heaping Tbsp of malted milk powder. That's it.
