Proven design with nice upgrades.
For years I have used the standard Shubb 12 string capo on my wide-neck D-28-S. The deluxe black chrome version is a nice step up. Slim profile and black color help to keep it subtle on the neck. The little wheel is a smooth operating feature over the little rubber cone and the shaped lever is easy to operate though the standard one never was a problem. I now use one on my Martin and a classical version on my flamenco and classical guitars. Great product.

This is my preferred capo style. Simple, small, effective, unobtrusive. This works very well on a 12-string. It does seem silly to trade a 20 dollar bill for a capo, but others charge more for capos I wouldn’t own.
