Very happy with this product
I wanted a poacher with cups made of stainless steel as I believe that this is healthier. I love this poacher. I just rub a small amount of butter on the surface of the cups, I put the eggs in the cups whilst they are on the counter and when the water is boiling add them to the pot insert at the same time so that they are all ready together. The eggs come out perfectly and cleaning is a breeze; I was very pleasantly surprised. The pan appears to be of good quality and can be used without the insert.
