Makes a really bad breath, makes you drowsy 7 out 10, but you sleep like a baby, there was still high level of sea sickness on waives of 4 meter high 9 out of 10, and 5 out of ten sea sick on waives of 2 meters high. Haven't tried any other meds, but me and my partner were really suffering during the storm and these pills only helped us to fall asleep faster. Do not buy it doesn't work.
