Not "Brand New". Far from it.
The actual thermocouple was missing. The plastic package was taped shut. Two of the 4 speed clips were missing and the other two were rusted. 2 of the 4 screws were missing. The door gasket was split in each of the 4 corners. Only positive was a quick refund of the money.
