Very easy to use controls, lots of nice features (including voicing callers on cellphone, very smooth simultaneous connection to PC and phone, charge w/o plugging in a USB jack, HD Voice..). Very comfortable w/replaceable earpads (I wear mine all day at work). Also, can be easily switched from right-handed to left-handed use. Looking for negatives (product is just that good), the audio quality when listening to music is very good but not excellent, Same for the battery life (note that battery does charge fast and can last all day depending on amount of use). Like the fact that the internal software and settings are updatable through Plantronics Hub (on PC and Android). I was really excited to receive the headset and I had high expectations moreso because they're pretty pricey. The headset is really comfortable but the range is not very much at all. I was expecting to have a better range for the call but my experience is that you can't go too far at all. I only have wireless earbuds and airPods to compare them to and the they don't have the same range as either of the two. I'm not sure if I was expecting too much but I do know that they are priced in the same range as the others but the capabilities do not seem to compare.
