I recently started using a 3s 11.1v LiPo battery in my Traxxas Rustler. Talk about fast! But I noticed that the stock Traxxas slipper clutch was not up to the extra power. It overheated badly - even melting the clutch cover. I upgraded to the Hot Racing Super Duty Slipper Clutch and problem solved. My Rustler is now even faster without overheating the clutch. I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants to use an 11.1v LiPo setup and get max performance.

I've had mine for 2 years now, first year in my stampede 2wd 4s and the next year in my stampede 2wd 6s still lots of pad left and in excellent condition. The contact between the pad is a full contact, not just the small top areas of 3 small pads. Get it and you'll see

Have a custom built rc bandit. I use the Traxxas brushless 3500kv motor. Tightened it all the way and still slipped. I wanted to slip 2 to 4 feet, not down the block! Also, be careful, gets very hot. I tried it wanting it to work however it didn't. Don't Buy
