Lightweight, and even heat baking, that always brings the best results!
I used this pan to make a perfect double batch of cornbread, a slab of ribs, a birthday cake, a double batch of blueberry cake, and a double batch of lasagna. This pan is just the right size for larger batch baking! And of course, nothing else performs like a good quality aluminum pan!
