ZICAM works for me
I take a ZICAM under the tongue when I'm around people who are sneezing or coughing for prevention or when I feel like I have a scratchy throat or something coming on and repeat the process as needed and it really does the trick. I AM NEVER WITHOUT MY ZICAM !!!

Works for me
Zicam seems to work for me if I take it before a cold or very early onset. Not as effective (for me) if a cold gets entrenched. It is my personal "go to" for avoiding or shortening colds during cold season. Love having this product available to avoid down time.
