For its price range, it is very reasonable and stiff enough to bring your commuting/morning training really smooth!
Unless you want to spend too much on Shimano Dura Ace or high end Campy chains, this chain reasonably serves as your everyday ride buddy with enough performance. It might not be suitable for your race day. I can still feel the flex on the chain. However, it is good enough to do the morning training with low to moderate intensity. I highly recommend for commuters, urban cyclists and casual riders or possibly any racers looking for training chain set that does not break his/her bank.

New chain replacement of old overstretched one.
I have been using SRAM chains for more than several years now and they are completely reliable until the next one you place on your bike drive train system. It is recommended by professional bike mechanics to replace the bike chain by either checking the gap space with a chain tool or simply replace it every 1500-2000 miles. This chain is easy to remove with the right tool and just as easy to put on. Putting a new chain on there are no tools required, but a little strength to slam the power link to lock into correct position on the chain link. SRAM makes several speeds in chains as each cassette speed; 8,9,10 or 11 speed requires a different amount of total links. Highly recommended as I also got this particular chain for a great price compared to how much they are sold in bike shops.

High quality chain
Despite the quick disconnect link, sram chains are the only ones I could NOT break with my crazy shifting while I was a newbie. Very durable and dependable. I love the quick disconnect feature which allows me to take the chain out for cleaning. Just drop it in an odwalla platic bottle, pour a bit of chain cleaning soap and shake. So much easier than cleaning it while on the bike and creating a big mess (which will contribute to you future divorce ;-).
