I started using Hyaluronic Acid a couple of years ago for my shoulder. I had constant pain and could hardly use my arm. I read that this product was good for joints so I tried it. Where other products, both oral and cremes had done nothing this product worked. Three months after I started using it I had forgotten my pain so much I went with my granddaughter and hung on the monkey bars at the park. Give it 3-4mo to start noticing anything in your skin. I have nominal wrinkles on my face (which haven't noticed a ton of change) but was taking it more for cellulite on my butt & back of thighs. It has improved by 75% I would say. It wasn't terrible to start with (but any is terrible for me). I'm 39, 5'5, 130#. I took hyaluronic acid in the past & thought it probably wasn't doing anything - slowly the cellulite came back and then I couldn't find it in the stores any more.
