It's decent....
I saw this shade and it reminded me of this shade of Avon eyeliner I adore "blue steel or gray steele" something to that effect, been rocking it for a few years any how. I have very very light brown eyes and the shade is amazing. So when I saw these the color was near identical, so I took a chance. Glad it was only $10, for some reason this brand somewhat irritated my eye's. Nothing crazy but enough to be annoying and I couldn't wait to get home from work and wash off. I'm sure probably doesn't mean is an issue for most and stayed on well thru the day overall...Also just to bulky, I see how much I appreciate the "fine liner". Just not for me. This Cover girl shadow stick is so well made. I have to admit I usually go for higher end items. Yet, try out various products that look rare, and this one is! I bought several of the 'Ice Blue' color. And it alone just makes my eyes stand out no matter what I wear. Diversification is everything when you can only fit a few things in a small make up bag even. I use it alone, no other eye products needed. The blue is exactly what it says, as frosty ice, yet subtle and goes on smooth. I now see many colors offered and plan to try violet or a copper look.
