The gun works very well. It's convenient, powerful, and shoots a range of nail lengths. Doesn't consume massive amounts of power, and has 2 shooting options. The downside is that it's about the size and weight of a pneumatic framing nailer. That's the only downside I've noticed so far. Still worth getting, especially if you do a variety of smaller jobs, or remodeling that involves many different scopes of work.

Well balanced and very convenient to just grab and shoot. The belt clip was well thought out. The gun is heavy enough that you don't really feel any recoil yet it's not too heavy. Seems to shoot with the same power throughout the entire battery charge. I use a 5 ma battery so it lasts a long time on a single charge

I have been a big fan of The Ridgid line of tools for 50 years. This nailer is no exception. If I lost this tool, I would purchase another one.
