Be careful taking it out of the package, and be ready to put together a puzzle!
A good quality bike mirror, with a few caveats. There are a few small parts, and, when I opened the package, the parts scattered on the floor, because they were not secured in any way. Then I had to figure out how to assemble it, puzzling through the pictures and searching as I did so for that odd screw or plastic part still on the floor, mixed up with the byproducts of my messy-creative life style. After a few trials I finally got the thing together and installed on my bike. I must say, it is a quality item, costs a little more than similar items that are not as well made; you get what you pay for. The screws made for an easy and secure adjustment, and the design works. Only thing is, I wish the mirror was acrylic rather than glass, because glass breaks too easily. (I didn't see that in the description.) And having the parts in a small bag or otherwise secured, and a parts list and written instructions on the package, would have been another plus. Still, I'm glad I paid a few dollars more for this item, because the quality of design and manufacture is better than for similar items at a rock-bottom price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good mirror for all plastic Construction
Seem kind of flimsy at first, this thing will not handle a crash but it works well once it's mounted very clear picture of oncoming traffic. I needed to replace a mirror that had bit the dust and decided to give this mirror a shot. It had a good price and what was the worst that could happen? Well, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. It was easy to install and adjust and it stays in place. No vibration while riding. Decent product. Sporty look. Mirror is not great quality, but definitely good enough to do the job of identifying sneakers. Make sure you tighten the inner screw pretty good. Zefal handlebar mirror rocks!
I have been using these Zefal mirrors for years on both road and mountain bike, I wouldn't ride without them. What I especially like is there is NO vibration in the mirror. Repeat buy.
This is a replacement for the same mirror that broke when my bike fell over. This mirror is mounted on a recumbent bike with handlebars as wide as my torso so that it provides good view to the rear. This Cyclops is no monster!
We needed to replace some cheap bar-end bike mirrors, and based on the feedback on the Zefal Cyclops, we gave them a try. We're very pleased with the mirrors; the optical quality is fine and we have had no issues with looseness per se, but do wish that the pivoting members were a little more snug.
