A good replace handle for much less than dealer prices!
If you want to avoid paying the dealer up to $95 for a genuine Toyota Camry door handle, this is the way to go. The paint color is a pretty good match. However there are some issues to be aware of when installing this replacement door handle. This handle does not remount with the screws from the original door handle. You will need to buy metric, 6m screws X 10 or 12 mm long, about 1 inch. No instructions came with the door handle regarding the hardware. The door lock cylinder assembly is attached using a sheet metal screw which did come with the handle, but the screw stripped out the plastic base in the new handle and I had to get a larger screw. Be sure to watch some You Tube videos regarding the installation; it's not easy and it's difficult to work your hands inside the door; you are really only working by feeling around. You will need a 10mm socket with extension and box wrench. A slim light which would fit inside the door would help as well as a magnetic pick up tool to retrieve dropped screws; you will drop them. If I had an inspection camera to snake inside the door, the job would have been much easier. My Camry is likely only worth a couple of thousand dollars; can't see having a mechanic charge upwards of $600 to do this job. I like my car; I want to keep it going with everything functional. Camry door handle
Does not come with the bolts required to install it. Hardware it not the same as the factory handle so the factory bolts do not fit the new handle. Had to source the bolts separately to finish the install. The fit in the door is not very good, the tabs on the bottom that hook it into the opening in the door are not precise and the bottom of the handle it not tight in the door. The handle functions well but the aggravation with the hardware not supplied and the final fit make this part a poor choice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
