The book is more general based information. I expected it to have more content on cures and treatments instead it was primarily based on general information anyone can google. Other peoples work and information slap dashed into a book. Needless to say I had it and now it is in the trash. It did have good basic information on essential oils but if you are looking for a in depth book on what essential oils do and how to blend them , this is not the book for you. You can get more information on Pinterest or other herbal sites. I don't recommend wasting your money on this book when the general information is readily available online for free.
