This is Jet no. 423906. This was used on the older cast iron machines lower door. The mounting holes are 38mm on center. If your saw does not have holes you can easily drill them as it is just a through hole.

New Design Better for Hose Adapters
At first I thought, "Oh, no, this is just like my old one". Then, comparing to original, I saw the diameter was slightly larger. Exactly what I had hoped (from posted picture) making a better fit for hose adapters.

Buyer Beware ... May not fir your saw.
Doesn't fit my Jet 14" bandsaw. There were evidently multiple versions of Jet bandsaws that carried the JWBS-14CS model. Mine has no opening where this dust chute would be installed.
