After 20 minutes of riding the engine started to cut out and then died. Tightened up the nuts and it worked for a bit longer, but then every time i leaned back and it put tension on the cord, the engine died. It never pulled the cap off, but the engine still died. Really dangerous when your moving around on your sled and the engine suddenly dies for no reason. I tried tughtening the nuts again, worked for a few minutes. Finally got so bad it would not run at all. Either the spring on the plunger is to strong, or the cap is to weak, either way it's not good.
I could hold the plunger down with my finger and it ran fine, but the cap would not hold the switch down hard enough to keep it open. Defective? Bad design? I don't know but it's crap, don't buy it
