I wouldn't buy without a manual again.
It does work. Not working correctly yet. I did know it didn't come with a manual. One leg was missing. Some rusty parts. Those two I didn't know about.

In the add it stated that it works great it didn’t come with a foot pedal which mades me question the condition of the machine which has a few rust spots I haven’t tested the machine yet seeing that I have to order a foot pedal and Manuel All in all I’m hoping that it works
