Vintage 1983 Simplicity 6242 Sewing Pattern Semi Fitted Dress Size 14 Misses Back Button Three Style Dresses. Great preowned condition. It looked ff but when I tried to unfold to check it looks like possibly cut outside the lines. I didn't open entire pattern but can if you would like. It is possible that it is uncut. There is slight wear and discoloration on outside envelope and some writing. Inside pattern and instructions has some discoloration. See photos. Ships quickly and will be packaged with care.
