The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe V6 promotes greater cooling efficiency than a standard OEM thermostat. Our racing thermostat is equipped to handle the high engine temperatures produced by modified and upgraded turbo applications, activating faster to keep the engine system cool even under extreme conditions. Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto racing thermostat will open up at 68 Degrees, a lower temperature than standard OEM thermostats. Activating at a lower temperature allows the coolant to flow through the engine sooner, thus reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures. Engines using the Mishimoto racing thermostat will experience greater cooling efficiency, increasing overall performance and preservation of engine health.
