Had a pair of i5 4570 chips from upgrading some friends systems to a E3-1270-V3 and another to an i7 so I figured that I would build a backup server using one of i5-4570 chips. Since the GA-Q87M-MK has 2 intel LAN ports they can be combined to give a bit better network transfer speeds, assuming you have a Router/Hub that can do this.

Ordered this product several months ago for an unraid server upgrade. I had a great I7-4770K with a mini-ITX board that everything worked fine on, but I was running out of sata ports and needed at least 6. I ordered this board and left it in wrapping (my fault for not testing immediatly) until I got some new hard drives on sale. Installed today and the board is bad. No power to any USB port after clearing CMOS, taking out battery, hard shutdown, reseating and moving around RAM, and countless other things. All other components work fine on the mini-ITX board but board doesn't send a signal to the monitor or through a graphics card work around and no perifpherals are powerd up.
