Well, the BRAND sums it up, but had to read description to realize that it was a 5 disc CD player .... mnaking it even more AWESEOME!
Very nice addition to my new-old component stereo system :) Arrived in excellent condition and is just beautiful and is a very high quality product. I have LOTS of CD's!

When it comes to carousel cd players Yamaha are at the top of their trade.This particular model that is exclusive to the American and Canadian markets is definitely the finest design Yamaha has ever made.It incorporates everything from all models in one.Features include output level,cd text,headphone jack,front panel button controls as well as remote.I own the model that preceded this and the uk version.Also the Yamaha cdc600.None of these machines equal the cdc585.Yamaha really put all their best ideas into one machine.Thoroughly recommend this above all others.
