Bringing 30 Year Old Memories Alive
I am in the process of converting family memories from old VHS tapes (some over 30 year old) directly to digital files. I purchased a converter connecting my VCR to my computer, However, my existing VCR wasn't up to the task. This VCR has been doing a great job! It's a high quality machine and it is much more precise with regard to playback, FF, and rewind. I haven't had nearly the number of tracking issues that I had with my other VCR. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This is a very reliable deck. In my experience, the image looks as good as the much more expensive decks in the Pro Line Series, such as AG-1970 and AG-1980. The Super Drive really is nice to FF and Rew quickly.
