Item came fast in the mail easy to swap out. Was having intermittently working impact with loss of power. Worked if held a certain way. If your brush are worn to the end these new brushes fix your problem. If you replace and still have the issue check the connection where the battery connects or switch. The case in two on my impacts after new brush was replaced. I resoldered broken wire connection and back to full working order.
