This is the same set I already have but one handset will not work because I dropped it too many times. I was able to add these to my existing set so now I have 5 that work with the intercom feature. The speaker phone feature on 2 of the handsets did not work. I found this out later on the phones in rooms I rarely use. I need this feature to connect with my voice mail.

I have used one of these Panasonic systems for many years along with some other phones in our home. We expanded our system to more locations in the house with these phones since only an electrical outlet is needed for the charging base and no extra phone lines need to be run through the house. The phones have good sound and features. I like that I can schedule our bedroom phone not to ring while I sleep.

I have only purchased Panasonic phones for the past 10 years because I have not liked the quality of other brands. This particular Panasonic phone has the same poor quality of the other brands. By that I mean, smaller keys with smaller numbers than usual, but even worse is the poor quality of the sound(weak with static). The display has smaller letters than the other Panasonic phones I have owned. I hope this is not the trend for Panasonic.
