This is a powerful and true account of a genuine Servant of God who struggled deeply, This is a fantastic complement to "The Jesus Revolution" - - it fills out a lot of what wasn't possible to portray in that film. I also wish that this documentary would have been twice as long! There is so much true examination of Lonnie's life as well as the anatomy of his treatment by other pastors and ministers. This is essential viewing for anyone who is interested for any reason in those days when Lonnie ministered in power and in truth.
It is a very interesting part of history. It is interesting how a church that never ran over 100 now has a average weekly attendance of over 9000, and over 4100 churches have come out of this church, and it is directly the result of Lonnie Frisbee.
I am in the process of reading the above mentioned Book...'Frisbee' I am only just into reading that book but I find the Book very well written and with many footnotes too. Kudos. It is going to disclose a very interesting ife. Blessings.
