Okay, not great.
3 spots on hood had decent bends in it that will take significant work to fix. One at the back corner near the windshield, one dead center on the edge above the grill opening, and another on the edge on the passenger side of the grill opening. I had to bend them back out, but then the metal rippled, So I will have to do additional skim coating with filler to fix it. I think the main issue for this is, the packaging the hood comes in seems to be decent but there's an inside and an outside package. The inside package specifically tells you which sides to lay the Box on in transit. But the problem is, the outside package has no indications, so a shipper would not know that it can't be put on one side or the other And if it gets banged around on the wrong side it's where all the damage can occur, and did on my hood. So overall, a good idea in packaging, But it was terribly executed by not having the proper information on the outside Box for the shipper to know how to lay it in transit.
