Mounts easy. Looks good. Impala looks new again.
Product visually perfect, but 1/4 inch wider than the mounting area. Also, the backside of the emblem was concave and the mounting surface was flat. The mounting tape on the back didn't contact the mounting surface except around the edges. I used trim adhesive (which I would have anyways) and it mounted in seconds. Don't forget to fit the emblem & cut out the spot where the alignment post sticks out. Held it firm in place for a minute & walked away. Bottom line: Looks new. Cheaper than the original manufacturers price but not a perfect fit.
I ordered this item under the guise that it was a perfect fit for my 2011 Impala. When it arrived, I found that I had to trim and cut a good bit on the grill base to make it attach. Doesn't fit 2007 Impala SS
