Toyota grade part, do it yourself.
Not the cheap Chinese thinner part. Sturdy. Easy to replace yourself. Just need to lift the car a bit. I bought the clips but it turns out some nut plates were gone and two holes were broken, so I bought 1/4"×1 bolts and "wood nuts" which is a nut plate with sharp prongs that bite in the fascia panel plastic tabs, needs 5.
