I like that the book doesn't go into unbelievably boring detail into different parts of how to be a project manager and other things related to project management. However, the first few topics discussed in the book, I doubt anyone could care any less about and is just completely boring. There isn't even any real apparent target for the information being provided. All in all, the book is on the good side.
It was failry easy to follow and comprehend for class assignments. Problem is (for me at least) this type of reading material is dry anyway, so for insominiacs, this makes great reading material to assist you in falling asleep. I have No problem falling asleep, but htis made me get there even faster.
I'm only two weeks into an eight week course in an undergraduate degree program and I feel like I am trying to learn a foreign language. The charts are located on different pages than the text so I find myself flipping back and forth, losing my place and starting all over again. This just isn't my cup of tea and I'm glad that I only have six more classes before I can re-sell this little gem.
I bought this book one month ago. It was a new one and attached a trail CD of microsoft Project 2007. It is very useful and really help me a lot.
It's a good quality book, no markings. Shipping is fast too. Happy to have the business with the seller.
