Definitely genuine Toyota bearings. So many listings say "genuine Toyota" but if you look close at the actual item, you'll see other brands... mostly NSK or KOYO, but some even made in China. My original 4Runner bearings have lasted 250k miles, so the only thing I'll use to replace them are TRUE GENUINE TOYOTA parts.
