Excellent OEM part
This is an OEM part. Designed to keep constant pressure on hose connection point, as hose ages. ( Unlike worm clamps that will loosen up after time ) Who needs a coolant hose blowing off when you're driving down the highway ? Nobody. Very simple to use. Just set it where you want it, and remove the top retaining clip with a pair of pliers. Corrosion resistant, to an extent. Took 20 years for mine to rust out ( but I also live in the " snow belt" part of USA. Road salt does a number on on a car, believe me. Very well designed product !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
