Good Experience Changing L/F Door Actuator
Took me 2.5 hrs, taking my time and encountering minor problems along the way because the YouTube videos were not exactly the same as my car, however, it was easy to figure out. Only had one problem with an orange clip that fell to the bottom of the door, I used a small zip tie to wrap around the door handle and cinched it real good. In my opinion it is stronger than the orange clip that got lost. Do this yourself and save over 600 dollars compared to the dealership for parts and labor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

perfect fit and performance
I replaced all 4 broken actuators on a 12 year old Prius. Now all are working perfectly. YouTube videos made this a doable DIY project for me. Great warranty. It was easy to see that the part would fit my car. It came in quickly. It was easy to return my original part to them. The one they sent me worked great. The price was about 1 third of the OEM price. It's so much easier to buy these than it would be to replace the drive motor in your existing actuator. It took me an hour to to replace three actuators and all worked great. Probably would have taken half a day or more to rebuild them myself (with no guarantee) .
